About the Role We are recruiting an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to oversee a Mental Health Supported Accommodation service on behalf of our client. This role involves the operational leadership of a service supporting adults with complex mental health needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented care. The successful candidate will work standard weekday hours and will play a vital role in shaping service delivery, staff development, and user outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the supported accommodation service.Provide inspirational leadership and support to staff, promoting a positive, inclusive team culture.Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred support to residents.Oversee care planning, safeguarding, risk management, and service quality in line with CQC and organisational standards.Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clinical teams, social care professionals, and families.Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.Manage resources, staffing, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
