HR Administrator Part time Mornings

Would you like an opportunity to work on a multicultural site and support one of our key fashion retailer customers? We are looking for an HR Administrator to join us at one of our fashion-retailer contracts in Crick. You’ll be part of the human resources team helping to take care of all HR administration and queries that occur on-site. This is a part-time, permanent position. The role involves working Monday to Friday with flexible morning shifts available, and it can be any of the following hours: 8:00-12:00, 9:00-13:00, 10:00-14:00, or 11:00-15:00. Pay, benefits and more: You’ll earn a salary of up to £12,500 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day: Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required Maintain and update the recruitment trackers with vacancies and job applications Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records Ensure that all probationary assessments take place for employees during their probationary period Be responsible for the coordination and management of the absence hotline What you need to succeed at GXO: Past HR administrative experience Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
