Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified or undertaking CIPP training or other relevant payroll qualifications.Experience in payroll management with a strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements.Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and developing a team.High attention to detail and proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.Experience with CRM systems. Desirable Qualifications and Skills: Advanced experience with CRM systems, including MDA.
