Job Title: AdministratorLocation: Havant, PO9 (Office-based Monday–Friday (WFH flexibility to be reviewed after 6 weeks))Contract: TemporaryHours: 35 hours per weekStart Date: ASAPAbout the Role:As part of our clients M&E Recovery Plan, we are recruiting an Administrator to support gas servicing and repairs activity during a period of high demand. This is a predominantly telephone-based role, requiring confidence, professionalism, and resilience when speaking with residents.The primary objective of the role is to reduce no-access visits, improve appointment attendance, and support the productivity of our operatives by proactively confirming appointments and managing resident enquiries.Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to residents 24 hours prior to gas service appointments to confirm attendanceTake inbound calls on the gas servicing line to: Book new appointmentsRe-arrange existing appointmentsRespond to resident queries related to gas servicing Update systems accurately following resident contactProvide ad hoc administrative support to the M&E team as requiredWork collaboratively with internal teams to support service delivery and operational efficiency Key Requirements: Strong administrative experience, ideally within repairs, maintenance, planning or housingConfident and professional telephone manner with the ability to handle a high volume of callsStrong customer service skills, particularly when dealing with residentsIT literate, with the ability to learn systems quickly and maintain accurate recordsWell organised, reliable, and able to manage repetitive tasks with consistencyComfortable working in a busy, demand-driven environment If you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.If you require any additional information regarding the position, please call Lewis at Service Care Solutions on or send an E-Mail to .uk
