Job Title: Office AdministratorContract: Full-time, PermanentMust be able to commit to 5 days in office Must be able to do 8:45am-6pm Monday-Friday Role Summary:We are seeking a capable and detail-focused Office Administrator to support a busy estate agency in London. You will be working between 2 offices one in the West End and the other in the City (EC1)This position is ideal for someone with around 6–12 months of lettings administration experience who is eager to broaden their responsibilities and develop their career in property or administration.You’ll play a central role in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting the lettings team, and providing a professional first point of contact for clients, landlords, tenants, and suppliers. A proactive attitude and excellent organisational skills are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesLettings & Property SupportAssist with the preparation of tenancy paperwork and related documentationCommunicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to help coordinate tenancy processesMaintain accurate property and tenancy records on internal systemsSupport referencing and compliance administrationRespond to lettings and property-related enquiriesOffice AdministrationAnswer telephone calls and manage incoming email enquiriesProvide administrative assistance to all departments as neededOrder office supplies, stationery, and marketing materials such as window cardsKeep filing systems and records well organised and up to dateHelp manage diaries, appointments, and meeting schedulesEnsure the day-to-day office environment operates efficientlyCustomer & Client ServiceAct as a friendly and professional first point of contactBuild positive working relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, buyers, and suppliersHandle queries promptly, escalating issues where appropriateSkills & Experience RequiredExperiencePrevious experience in lettings or property administration or office administration (approximately 6–12 months)General office administration backgroundExperience in sales administration is helpful but not essentialAttributes & SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisation and time-management skillsConfident communicator with a professional telephone mannerAble to work independently and use initiativeComfortable using Microsoft Office and property CRM systemsReliable, proactive, and team-orientedWhat We OfferA supportive and friendly working environmentOpportunity to take on greater responsibility over timeCareer progression within an established estate agencyCompetitive salary package
