We are recruiting for a customer focussed Billing Specialist to join our team and support the accurate billing of our customers. You’ll be working within an experienced team, providing support to colleagues and customers with billing queries. Communicating with customers, you’ll have a friendly and professional manner and be able to deliver information clearly and accurately, upholding our values of Service, Integrity, Collaboration, Commitment, Compassion and Innovation. Your role will encompass a range of activities including: Handling all billing process thresholds, rejections and exceptionsSupporting on expected read volumes and upload times to ensure continuous billingEngaging with a range of billing scenarios daily, focussing on customer satisfaction and complaint preventionFollowing revenue protection processes, ensuring that outgoing payments remain in line with company policyActively supporting the metering programme within the billing process About You: You are self-motivated with a confident and mature outlook. You will have experience with billing and scheduling processes and be able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
