The Insight function aims to drive profitability by supporting marketing on the delivery of key agency volumes and uses data to identify opportunities for the business and where relevant, for existing and prospective customers. The Sales Operations function works collaboratively with the sales department to help maintain account information and pricing across customer accounts.
