We are seeking an experienced administrator to work for our client, a leading IP law firm. This is a full time Monday to Friday permanent position. The role offers hybrid working 2/3 days from home, 2/3 days working out of their Glasgow office. The position is offering a salary of circa £23,000 plus excellent benefits which include 33 days holiday. Duties Working as a part of team to open new cases on the law firms IT system.Receive new client instructions on European Patent matters.Accurately updating electronic records and following written work instructions.Working autonomously to tight deadlines and prioritising work.Communicating with external clients/customers via multiple channels, verbally and through written communication.Obtaining information through websites.Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure Attorney and client needs are met.Generating quotes for clients and calculating accurate costs. Requirements 6 months minimum experience of Office Administration work.Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.Experience dealing with external clients/customersExcellent attention to detail.Experience with deadline driven work/tasks.Proactive attitude and desire to learn.
