Our client is a high-end Housebuilder, and you must have relevant experience of scheduling repairs for a housebuilder to be successful. On a daily basis you will be; Speaking with Customers over the phone or by emailLiaising with sub-contractorsUndertake the Home Quality Inspection of properties.Actively be involved with Site/Sales teams to ensure an awareness of the properties that are due to complete.Input the relevant data onto the IT system to notify successful completion of the Home Quality Inspection.Prepare and distribute an advisory report to the Site Manager, Construction Team and relevant Directors/Managers to confirm the issues identified.Monitoring work and timescales of techniciansSupporting in the procurement of materials and labourScheduling the diaries of Maintenance OperativesMaintaining and efficient electronic filing system If this position appeals to you, please apply today!
