Customer Service Coordinator Location: Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 4DA.Salary: Competitive.Contract: Full time, permanent. 40 hours per week. Hayley 24/7 Engineering, the fast and effective mechanical engineering solutions provider to all industry sectors. We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator will provide support to all departments by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer Service Coordinator - Responsibilities:• Maintain customer accounts by recording account information.• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining cause, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.• Go the extra mile to engage customers.• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or mail.• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.• Act as the company gatekeeper.• Work with customer services manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.• Record all incoming enquiries on our business management platform.• Chasing progress of quotes/reports within a reasonable timeframe.• Compile and send progress reports to customers.The list of main duties is not exhaustive. Additional duties may be added to this role with potential scope for further development within this busy team for the right candidate. Where a reasonable amendment to the main responsibilities of the role is necessary, you will be expected to undertake these additional duties as required for the successful completion of job.
