Based in Watford, Hertfordshire, our client is looking for an EMEA Payroll Supervisor to join their team on a permanent and hybrid-working basis. This job would suit someone with a minimum of 5 years' relevant payroll experience in a diverse global enterprise and 2-3 years' experience in managing a small team. This position will also play a key role in supporting the end-to-end payroll process outsourced to 3rd party vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. The company has exciting growth plans over the next 12 months as they sell globally so exciting times for expansion. Due to the nature of the business, you would need experience with international EMEA payroll. The successful individual will have multi-national companies experience working with third-party payroll services providers, especially for Payroll EMEA. Experience working in systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Celergo & ADP Global View, ADP E-Time and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Fluent (both orally and in writing) in English and another Major European Language is a strong advantage (French/German/Spanish or Italian). Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently present complex information to all levels of the organisation is required. Job responsibilities: Participate in ongoing internal process improvements.Maintains confidentiality of any payroll, private employee information and any proprietary information and ensures payroll information is secureEnsure accurate and timely processing of the Company's payroll in EMEA countriesPayroll issues are escalated and resolved with root cause analysis and corrective action for all levels of employees and management, with a focus on ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience in partnership with HR Shared Services.Responsible for day-to-day oversight for issues and positive seamless Oversee the timely preparation, processing, maintenance and appropriate distribution of payroll information, payroll reports, all tax year end reports, payroll manuals and related payroll working instructionsEstablish partnerships with third party vendors to ensure effective service deliveryBe a back up for the payroll team (end to finish payroll process)Ensure payroll services are processed in accordance with established global policies and procedures along with all legislative compliance requirements (including tax and labor laws)Directs and audits payroll procedures to include earnings, garnishments, tax withholding, and absence processing and ensure compliance with organizational proceduresWork closely with Legal, Compliance, and Benefits teams to identify, resolve, and avoid payroll compliance issuesIdentify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity and / or employee satisfaction within EMEAEnsure end-to-end processes are well-thought through to address customer and regulatory requirementsDevelop and implement best practices, key performance indicators and SLA metrics for departmentSupport payroll manager with team's development to optimize operational excellence and create a deeper bench of experienced talentManage projects across multi-disciplinary functions of Payroll within allotted timeframes and budgets For more information about this role or any other EMEA Payroll Supervisor roles in Watford, Hertfordshire, please don't hesitate to contact me in confidence, or visit our website www.mrkassociates.co.uk.
