What you'll be doing:As a Customer Service Executive, your job is to deliver an outstanding customer experience to our clients. You’ll start the day with a team huddle, reviewing the day ahead and celebrating team wins. During the day you’ll be busy making and receiving calls and providing support to our clients. You’ll develop a wide-ranging knowledge of commercial motor insurance experience as you could be supporting our clients at any point of the customer lifecycle, for example if they need to change the vehicle on their policy, have a question about their policy terms or payments, or as they renew their policy.
