Our client, a highly regarded London-based solicitors specialising in crime, family law and human rights have an opening for a Crimnal Billing Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities Working as part of the Costs department within the Finance team, providing general assistance to the billing team.Main duties include: Providing administrative assistance to the Legal Aid billing co-ordinator with regards to sending files out to cost drafter and checking bills on return. Submission of bills to Court and LAA for assessment. Preparing and submitting claims for Payment on Account (POA) to the LAA. Preparation of basic cost schedules using excel. Helping on various projects including inactive matters, residual balances and file destruction.
