The firm provides representation for clients through the full criminal justice process, including police station attendance and court work, and is looking to strengthen capacity within its Leicester-based criminal team.Team Structure The Partner-led criminal department operates across multiple offices within the East Midlands with Duty Solicitors working on several police station rotas and is seeking to expand the Leicester team, headed by an experienced Duty Solicitor.About the role This is a Criminal Duty Solicitor opportunity based in Leicester, focused on supporting and strengthening the local duty rota capability. The role will involve handling criminal defence matters with an emphasis on police station attendance and rota-based work across local police stations, alongside associated case progression.
