Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of month-end reporting, including preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts for individual entities and the group.Preparation and submission of quarterly shareholder reporting.Annual statutory accounts preparation, including IFRS16, for the group and individual entities (FRS101).Financial management of the Belgian subsidiary.Review quarterly VAT submissions and submit statistical reports to ONS.Write technical accounting papers, liaising with auditors and advisors.Manage company-wide multi-year plan process, annual budget, and quarterly forecasts.Ensure the integrity of financial ledgers, process improvements, policies, and procedures.
