The successful candidate will: supervise classes on a lesson by lesson basis when teachers are absent;be solely responsible for a class of students during lesson time;use agreed school strategies to maintain good order in the classroom ensuring students complete the work set;motivate students to complete their tasks;provide necessary support to students, which may include literacy, numeracy and organisational skills;collect any completed work after lessons and return to appropriate teacher; It is a very exciting time to join us at South Wigston High School.
