Norwegian speaking Supervisor
If you are a Norwegian speaker, look no further! On behalf of an international client we are looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Supervisor to join their new team. The client has offices in Daventry and Dunton and it is required that you can commute to either of these offices. You can work from home 4 days per week and some weeks fully remote depending on which days and hours you work. In this Supervisor role you will be responsible for the overall supervision of the Norwegian speaking Customer Service team. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring, guiding, coaching, developing and motivating your teamAssist with employee onboardingLiaise with internal stakeholders to stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry regularSetting clear KPIs and objectives and ensuring they are achievedProvide training to employees for continuous development About you: The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and excellent Norwegian language skills. For this role it is important that you have previous experience supervising and motivating a team. You will be required to work from either the Daventry or Dunton office, maximum 1 day per week.
