Key Responsibilities: Leverage your experience to automate finance-related processes, including accounts payable, invoice processing, payroll, and payment of invoices, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all operations.Provide expertise in cost control, conducting thorough cost analysis, and supporting the FP&A function to enhance financial planning and decision-making.Utilize your knowledge of finance operations best practices to streamline processes and improve overall financial management.Oversee key financial functions, such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.Identify opportunities for process improvements, driving initiatives that contribute to the overall financial health and performance of the organization. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) would be a plus.Proven experience in finance roles, particularly in cost control, cost analysis, and FP&A. Experience in automating finance processes is highly desirable.Knowledge of best practices in finance operations.Demonstrated experience in identifying inefficiencies in financial processes and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.Experience with accounts payable, invoice processing, payroll, and paying invoices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
