This distinctive London-based law firm are looking to recruit an Associate from 3 years’ PQE + to join their successful corporate disputes group. The Team The contentious M&A Lawyers advise leading businesses and business leaders including investment banks, financial institutions, UK and international corporations, funds, private equity houses, private companies, family offices and entrepreneurs on all aspects of M&A and corporate disputes and investigations.They advise on claims relating to shareholder rights - including derivative claims and unfair prejudice petitions - and disputes regarding the management of joint venturesAlso they advise office-holders, financial institutions, creditors, directors, debtors and shareholders on all aspects of insolvency disputes. The Role The individual will become a core member of the corporate disputes team involved with all aspects of contentious work working both as the lead Associate alongside a Partner or as part of a wider team.The firm also strongly encourage participation from all fee earners in business development initiative to support the team.
