We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist professional services firm looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) to join their growing legal team. Applications from NQ's will be considered.You'll work on complex international corporate projects for multinational organisations, advising on cross-border restructures, commercial agreements, governance matters and strategic corporate initiatives. Full training will be provided in a highly specialised area, giving you the opportunity to develop expertise that is genuinely unique within the legal market.Key responsibilities include:· Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements· Advising on corporate structures and international reorganisations· Preparing board minutes, shareholder resolutions and governance documentation· Supporting M&A transactions and legal due diligence· Managing legal workstreams across multiple stakeholders· Supervising paralegals and supporting project delivery· Building trusted relationships with clients and advisers About You:· Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)· 2-5 years PQE.
