We are working with an International law firm who are seeking a small team corporate paralegals to work in their Manchester office. This is an extremely varied and exciting role which will give you the opportunity to work closely with partners and lawyers. This is a temporary assignment and the duration is expected to be 3-6 months The successful candidates will be required to support associates and partners in the corporate department with a variety of duties. This opportunity will enable you to work on complex M&A transactions. Applicants will have ideally gained previous experience of working in a corporate department of a law firm, knowledge of NDA’s and due diligence is highly desirable. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a corporate paralegal to join a leading UK law firm. The successful individual will be responsible for supporting the lawyers on a variety of deals, their deals vary in size but the average is £20-30 million (some have been over £100 million). This a permanent role which will has the potential to lead to a training contract. Candidates will be required to attend the office in the West End of London four days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a large volume of due diligence work as well as the preparation of ancillary documents. Applicants will have gained previous experience of working as a paralegal within a corporate department and will have been exposed to the "dealside" transactions. Knowledge of due diligence processes and ancillary documents is highly advantageous. You will have completed a law degree or equivalent as well as the LPC or SQE.
