We’re looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join our dedicated Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable experience for our guests from check-in to check-out. Your duties will include managing room reservations, processing amendments and cancellations, promoting our 1837 Guest Loyalty Programme, and demonstrating expert knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
