Role: Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Receptionist for a 6 month role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: Being the face of the office, welcoming and engage with guests/clients and managing the reception deskHandling switchboard and ensuring meeting rooms and office spaces are well presented.Manage meeting room bookings, set up and catering/tea, coffee and water set-up for meetings etc.Oversee reception inboxHandle post, couriers, and taxi bookingsMaintain visitor and security accessAssist the Facilities Head and liaise with IT for troubleshootingAny ad-hoc dutiesBooking meeting rooms, setting up AV for calls/meetings, and arranging couriers, taxis, and suppliesManaging post, parcels, office supplies, staff fobs, and small administrative tasksAssisting with office events Profile: The successful temporary, Receptionist will have at least 3 years experience working within a Reception function and will have had exposure to a corporate setting. You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role. Client: Our client is a Renewables business based in the City of London. You will work 5 days per week from their office. Salary & Benefits: This immediate, temporary Receptionist role will be paying circa £14-17 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
