You'll head up both the Private Client and Corporate Tax teams locally, with a focus on transforming the teams into advisory-led units.Your remit will include: Leading corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a client base with turnovers ranging from £50m to £200m.Advising across sectors including retail, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, financial services, public sector, and not-for-profit.Delivering bespoke tax advice including R&D, Patent Box, sales structuring, due diligence, MBOs, succession planning, and transfer pricing.Collaborating with the national tax team and working closely with International and Large & Complex teams in London.Mentoring and developing team capabilities for UK groups and listed entities.Driving strategic growth and enhancing the firm's advisory offering across the Midlands.
