We are now looking to expand our team and invite a highly motivated and professional Corporate Paralegal to join our busy and dynamic department.Position Overview:As a Corporate Paralegal, you will assist our Corporate Law team in a variety of legal tasks, including advising clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, company formations, and compliance matters.
