Corporate Finance Manager opportunity offering future progression to Director within an established Corporate Advisory firm focused on lower & mid-market M&A transactions (£2m - £30m EV). THE COMPANY An established lower / mid-market Corporate Finance Advisory firm with a long history of supporting SME, Owner-Managed and Entrepreneur-led businesses realise growth and exit strategies. The firm is renowned for its wide-ranging sector and deal-type expertise, having successfully completed buyside and sellside M&A transactions, MBO / MBI and Growth Capital Raising transactions in the c.£2m - £30m deal space involving PE / VC Investors and both UK and International buyers. THE OPPORTUNITY Strong deal flow and a focus on long-term succession plans have combined to create a new opportunity for an experienced M&A / Corporate Finance Professional which will involve leading a small growing team, project managing transactions through to completion and supporting Directors in the expansion of the firm. As Corporate Finance Manager your responsibilities will include Project managing a range of transactions including Acquisitions, Disposals, Management Buyouts, Growth Capital and Private Equity FundraisesOverseeing preparation of key documents & materials by Analysts / Executives, including Information Memoranda, Buyer Research, Market Analysis, Financial Forecasts and ReportsManaging Due Diligence processes and acting as key contact for advisors and buyersLead Advisory and managing transactions through to deal completion.Liaising regularly with clients during deal processes to maintain momentumBuilding a network with Private Equity Investors, Lawyers and Funders Over the next few years you can expect to progress your career to Director as part of the firm's long-term succession plan.
