Working within the Corporate team The Corporate team provides a full-service offering and includes transactional experience across M&A and Private Equity. We have a large team, comprising 14 qualified lawyers (supported by trainees and paralegals) that are all dedicated to Corporate transactions. We are consistently towards the top of Experian’s Welsh deal list, ranked tier 1 in the Legal 500 and have been shortlisted for Regional Legal Adviser of the Year at the prestigious Private Equity Awards for the last two years. Our focus is to develop our reputation nationally as a leading Corporate and Private Equity practice - with the ability to handle complex or high-value matters whilst being practical, pragmatic, and cost-effective. We also want to be recognised for our ability to work alongside senior teams of major businesses, and their in-house lawyers. Our clients are generally based in London, but also across the UK and internationally. We have offices in Cardiff and London. We work flexibly and team members work from home and/or from either of our offices. We’re looking for a highly motivated corporate lawyer with recent and relevant experience working on corporate transactions. You will be a strong team player and comfortable working on complex and varied deals.
