Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on corporate tax matters, including:Business acquisitions and sales, SPA’s, tax covenantsMergers, demergers, and corporate reorganisations.Share buybacks and multiple completion contractsShare-for-share exchangesTax-advantaged share schemes (e.g., EMI share options)Venture capital schemes (EIS/SEIS)R&D and Creative Industries tax reliefs (including video games tax relief)Capital allowances and intangible assetsTax-efficient profit extractionCollaborating with other departments to provide seamless advisory servicesSupporting business development efforts and contributing to the firm’s growthKeeping up to date with tax legislation and identifying opportunities for clients.
