Working within a small team and taking a hands on approach to support all aspects of project coordination, sales and admin. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to plan and execute projects, interact with environmentally and economically conscious clients, coordinate resources including materials, equipment and personnel. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will assist with operations related financial queries, discrepancies and disputes, as well as being responsible for departmental invoicing. You will be responsible for logging and monitoring sickness, absence and leave, as well as inputting timesheets. We are looking for someone who is well organised and has some coordination-based experience.
