Project Coordinator responsibilities will include working closely with the Project Manager on assigned tasks, building relationships with cooperates and retail store, collaborating with local council, fundraise for the charity and attend networking events that are beneficial to the growth of the charity while constantly creating initiatives on how to reach more vulnerable people in your assigned centre.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and build partnership with like-minded organisation.Ensuring task deadlines are met on time to a high standard.Organizing and attending meetings with various community organizations.Manage food collections from our trusted suppliers and maintain professional relationships.Assist with the purchase of essential items for the Food bank.Create volunteering opportunities for student, cooperate and individuals and supervise the day to day activity of the food bank.Find new ways to promote the project's social awarenessCreate PR material for our website and social media pages.Attend Feedo Needo Networking eventsManage and run the daily activities of Arabica Cafe for the homeless.RequirementsEssentialsHigh school diploma or equivalent education requiredUK driving licenseMust own a car for travelling purposesFood & Hygiene safety certificateExperience working as a charity project coordinator or similar role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills.Competent in graphic/web design and familiarity with online media platforms.Capable to run independently and take over responsibilities when Senior Project Executive is not present.BenefitsSalary: £25,000 to £28,000.Basic hours are 9am to 6pm on siteEvening and weekend work required as appropriateTrips away from the office are often requiredHoliday entitlement is 28 days annual leave plus bank holidaysUp to £5k annual incentives pro-rata given quarterly on meeting KPIs upon successful probation period5% annual increase per year on completion from your start date of service and on meeting KPIsJob TypeFull Time, Permanent

Our client is seeking an Export Coordinator for a full-time position working shifts 4 on 4 off - Day and Nights (12-hour shifts - 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off re-occurring) Key Activities Production and preparation of LHR Gateway paperwork and all related export requirements.Compliance with HMRC control requirements for exports.Liaise with airlines, UK branches, and Warehouse.Adhere to CAA security protocols and processes. Job Responsibilities Achieve personal and operational targets; report any issues affecting performance (e.g., customs paperwork, monitoring inbound/outbound flights).Ensure shipment procedures follow operational guidelines; escalate concerns to the line manager (e.g., generating manifests or CSDs).Maintain accurate data on company systems.Request materials and services required to meet targets.Contribute to safety and hygiene standards.Use IT systems effectively (Windows, Word, Excel). Specific Technical Requirements Ensure accurate completion of export documentation.Ability to learn systems quickly.Match export records for customs using the NES system.Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Security “Regulated Agent” training preferred (training provided if not certified).Knowledge of Cargowise system preferred but not essential.Analytical skills are an advantage.
