You will be providing assistance to the Fee Earners on a mixed caseload of property files including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared equity/shared ownership, new homes and part exchange. Key Responsibilities: Assisting fee earners with property matters.Opening Files.Dealing with ID/AML procedures and requirements.Working directly with clients to ensure a seamless service.Drafting contract packs and client care letters.Responding to Requisitions raised by the Land Registry.Ordering property searches.Send title documents to lenders and clients.
