My client is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing team in Datchet, Berkshire.This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly regarded team that prides itself on quality work, client service and staff progression.The RoleYou will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, managing files from initial instruction through to post-completion. The firm has a strong local reputation and continues to see steady growth in instructions, creating a positive and busy working environment.The successful candidate will benefit from exceptional administrative support, including dedicated teams for sales, post-exchange and completions. This means you can focus your time on the technical and client-facing aspects of your caseload rather than administrative tasks.Your work will cover a wide variety of residential property transactions, including:• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties• Re-mortgages• Transfers of equity• Plot purchases and new build transactionsAbout YouWe are seeking a confident and professional Conveyancer or Solicitor who can work independently yet enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive team.
