The client have a well established, highly reputable department and are looking for additional support to strengthen it. Duties will include: Managing own caseload of residential conveyancing filesDealing with sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds, re-mortgages, newbuilds and transfers of equity There is a lot of support within the department to assist with cases. Cases are opened by an onboarding team, enquiries are dealt with by a support team and there is also a post completion team. My client is recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join their office in either Salisbury or Chippenham, Wiltshire.
