Key Responsibilities: Handle residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.Provide clear, concise advice to clients and maintain regular communication throughout the process.Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and third parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.Draft and review contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with current legislation and firm policies.Ensure high standards of file management and adhere to regulatory requirements such as SRA and AML regulations.Work independently with administrative support, while collaborating with other team members when necessary. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.Ability to work independently and handle a busy caseload.Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office. Duties will include: Managing own caseload of residential conveyancing filesDealing with sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds, re-mortgages, newbuilds and transfers of equity There is a lot of support within the department to assist with cases. Cases are opened by an onboarding team, enquiries are dealt with by a support team and there is also a post completion team.
