Day-to-day of the role: Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.Conduct property searches and investigations to identify any potential issues.Examine and advise on title documents, contracts, and other legal documents.Draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to property transactions.Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and financial requirements.Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and providing clear advice.Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate transactions.Handle the exchange of contracts and completion of transactions.Register property ownership with the Land Registry and deal with post-completion matters.
