What you’ll be doingThis is a newly created role which has come about due to volume of business Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters includingSales and purchase transactions of freehold and leasehold propertiesRemortgagesTransfer of equityBuy to letShared ownershipLiaising with clients, keeping them fully updatedLiaising with estate agents, solicitors and other third partiesWho we’re looking forAs this is a newly created position, we are open to considering all levels of experience from Fee Earning Paralegal to Associate. There is also scope for Head of Department for suitably experienced, capable and ambitious candidates. Suitable candidates will have:A minimum of 12 months’ conveyancing fee-earning experienceThe ability to manage a caseload from instruction to completionExcellent communication skills and client care skillsA strong desire to progress your career within conveyancing and contribute to the growth of the department What’s on offer:This is a full-time permanent job offered with hybrid working following an initial bedding-in period.
