About the Role: As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the progression of residential conveyancing transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Handling incoming calls and communications, and responding to client queriesPreparing and verifying new client care packs and ensuring regulatory complianceConducting ID and source of funds checksAssisting with title checks and issuing contract packsObtaining redemption statements and responding to pre-contract enquiriesPreparing pre-completion paperwork, including invoices and statementsAccurately updating the case management systemSupporting Fee Earners and contributing to an efficient, client-focused serviceBuilding strong working relationships with third-party stakeholders You will also undertake regular training to support your ongoing professional development. About You: Commercially aware, professional, and team-orientatedProactive with a strong interest in property lawAdaptable and eager to learnPrevious experience in conveyancing is advantageous, but not essential - full training is provided This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in residential conveyancing within a supportive and progressive environment.
