Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Managing Engineering and Administration personnelManaging the contract lifecycle from inception to renewal or close-out.Estimating of jobs that are below the threshold of the internal estimating department.Monitoring contract performance and compliance, and identify risks or issues.Maintaining positive client customer relationships through excellent service levelsMaintaining contract databases and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Assisting in developing and implementing contract policies, procedures, and best practices.Supporting dispute resolution and contract-related litigation if necessary.
