The Content Assistant will play a crucial role in providing creative and operational support to the Head of Marketing as well as the broader marketing team.This is a busy role as the marketing team support our regional offices, our Union clients, our practice leads as well as providing campaign support for high level claimant and media opportunities.Our personal injury marketing is sophisticated which means our work is challenging and rewarding. This role can be based from any of our offices nationwide, with hybrid working available and occasional travel as required.More about the role...The role involves creating and adapting visual assets across print and digital channels using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, ensuring brand consistency and quality. You’ll maintain brand guidelines, prepare artwork for internal approval, and act as the main contact for visual materials. Responsibilities also include coordinating video content with AI tools, repurposing existing materials into new formats, managing staff photography, and developing engaging content such as infographics while keeping all brand assets up to date.Key Responsibilities include:Adapt and resize creative assets including imagery for use across multiple digital channels and platformsWork from brand guidelines and Tone of Voice to ensure consistency in contentMaintain brand assets and guidelines i.e. brand toolkits for wider firm usePrepare artwork for approval from internal stakeholdersBe first point of contact for visual printed and digital materials (i.e. Print; flyers, brochures, print adverts. Digital; asset artworking, email, social content and templates)Coordinate the firm’s video content and in particular making full use of AI softwareCoordinate the recycling and repositioning of existing content eg into blogs (from presentations), vodcasts and podcastsCoordinate the process of new joiners photos. Adapting and resizing where necessary and adding to the website and marketing collateralDeveloping existing and new content in a visually engaging way eg infographicsMaintain existing content by updating, for starters/leavers, changes e.g. office locations etcMore about you...We’re looking for someone who is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with experience in video editing and a strong understanding of visual hierarchy across both digital and print materials. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of AI tools and how they can be used to enhance creative workflows, along with solid technical skills including Mac OS, OneDrive and cloud storage, Microsoft 365, and the wider Microsoft Office suite. An understanding of digital and print artworking is essential, including working from spec sheets, approving print proofs, and managing DPI and file size requirements.
