Live a life more Virgin. Our Team Our Content Design Team provide customers with the right content, in the right place, at the right time. We collaborate with Digital Designers and User Researchers to design every page you see on our website and in our apps. We don't do marketing content, advertising, or social media. If this is your jam, this isn't the right role for you. Our team sits alongside Digital Design and User Research within the Human-Centered Design Team. Day to day, you'll work in cross-functional squads. It's an exciting time for us, as we're now part of the Nationwide Group. What you'll be doing Leading exciting, complex, content design projects with multiple stakeholders.Pairing with Digital Designers and User Researchers in cross-functional squads.Asking the right strategic questions to make sure your work gets the right outcomes.Using research, data and insight to inform your designs.Discovering user needs and considering the ‘so what' not just the ‘what'.Taking responsibility for content quality and accessibility.Providing mentorship to other Content Designers and promoting Content Design across the bank.Contributing to our weekly critique sessions and our design system. We need you to have Examples of where you've delivered large-scale end-to-end content design, from discovery to measurement and iteration.Examples of where you've used research, data and insight to inform your designs.Examples of where you've built brilliant relationships with multiple stakeholders across multiple squads.Experience designing for websites and apps.Experience working in agile, cross-functional squads.A working knowledge of tools like Jira, Sketch, Content Square, and Usertesting.com. It's a bonus if you have Experience with Content Design Systems and content modelling.Knowledge of the financial services industry and Consumer Duty.
