As a Senior Consultant, you must have experience in professional recruitment and can build long-term, lasting business relationships. You must have an organised and thorough approach and be able to operate consultatively. A polished presentation coupled with excellent interpersonal skills are a must.The Role:You will be expected to grow, develop and run an Accountancy and Finance desk (although any recruitment sector experience will be considered) and will be expected to place mid-senior level Accountancy and Finance candidates within Commerce and Industry.You will complete all aspects of 360 recruitment such as client visits, business development and sales, relationship management, interviewing candidates, networking and intelligently mapping your market sector.This role offers progression if you wish to embark on a managerial career within the recruitment sector.Apply in confidence
