You be working with a range of clients from global household names, to more local smaller clients. As you are dealing with the qualified end of the market fees are generally higher than most, and you will really build a name and market for yourself within a niche specialism.What are we looking for in a Recruitment Consultant?You will be results-oriented, with strong entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to manage talent pools of both passive and active candidates.
