The team of 20, headed by 3 highly regarded and recognised partners in both Chambers and the Legal 500, acts for clients such as contractors, subcontractors, property owners and tenants in sectors including retail, sports, education, hospitality, leisure, infrastructure and property development. The team deals with the full range of non-contentious work covering drafting and negotiating building contracts, sub-contracts, forms of security, appointments and collateral warranties/third party rights.
