We're now looking to strengthen our team by appointing a talented Contracts Manager. The Role As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects or a single high-value project. This includes managing all contractual, financial, safety, quality, and programme aspects in accordance with CRL’s procedures. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, programming, and delivery of contractsProcure materials, subcontractors, and plant efficientlyEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsMonitor budgets and contract finances, and manage claims and variationsLiaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teamsContribute to tender preparation, quality submissions, and business developmentMotivate, support, and develop project teams and site staffMaintain CRM and contract documentation, and support reporting processes About You You are an experienced construction professional with a proven track record of managing contracts independently. You thrive under pressure, communicate effectively, and bring a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge.
