This ideal candidate will have had experience within the construction industryKey Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Construction team and senior leadersManage general admin duties, including document control, data entry, filing, scanning, and report preparationHandle incoming calls and queries in a professional and efficient mannerProcess weekly timesheets and support payroll administrationMaintain accurate records relating to site activity, holidays, sickness, and trainingSupport Health & Safety administration and site compliance documentationCoordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage diaries where requiredMaintain and update internal systems, portals, and project documentationProduce and distribute reports to support management decision-makingAct as a key point of contact for administrative queries within the Construction teamAbout You:Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction or a similar fast-paced environmentHighly organised with strong attention to detailAble to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlinesConfident communicator with a professional approachTrustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential informationProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)What’s on Offer:A varied and busy role within a supportive team, where your contribution will directly support the success of multiple construction projects.Monday - Friday - 08.00 am - 16:30 pm Office Based - Warrington
