You will:Visit homes across our portfolio (Brighton to Croydon), capturing accurate observations and photographic recordsBuild a clear understanding of property condition, including key areas such as damp and mouldUse digital tools to record and manage data, creating a consistent view of our housing stockManage your own diary and appointments through a smart scheduling system to keep your day running smoothlyEngage with customers in their homes, delivering a professional, positive experienceWhat you'll bring:We’re looking for someone who enjoys being out in the field, is naturally observant, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
