Are you a Stock Condition Surveyor seeking your next contract?My client has an immediate opportunity to join their Property Services Team on an initial interim basis.Responsibilities: Cover a designated area consisting of properties throughout Hampshire.Carry out Stock Condition Surveys to; general needs housing, temporary accommodation, sheltered units and extra-care units. As well as leased and non-operational assetsUtilise tablets to assist in carrying out Stock Condition Surveys to the housing stock. You will be detailing the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathroomsWhere possible, support in producing EPCs across housing stockAssess the properties’ exteriors, identifying defects and writing up reports on required worksReview the lifecycle and renewing of windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms and general cyclical decorationsUndertake risk assessments in accordance with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and action any findings as appropriate.Upload surveys onto asset management system each week and work closely with the team to address any urgent requirements Requirements: HND/HNC in surveying or previous experience in a similar roleFull UK Driving LicenceDEA Qualification (desirable) To apply, please forward a copy of your CV
