Job Title: Duty Manager/Head Concierge Hours: 08:00am to 20:00pm, 4on 4off Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum Location: South West London We are currently recruiting for a Head Concierge/Duty Manager to oversee a high-end luxury residential development located in Chelsea. We are looking for someone with a luxury residential experience; good written and verbal communication skills; hands-on, driven, and has some people management experience as they will have a concierge team reporting to them. You will have the responsibility of delivering the highest levels of customer experience and service to all residents, guests, contractors and the clients. You will also be a people person that goes that little bit further to get to know the residents and build strong relationships with them on an individual level, whilst always being completely professional, courteous and respectful. Ideally, you'll have all or most of the experience we're asking for: Previous residential or other property experience, within a similar roleExperience in managing a team, contractors and building works within a busy developmentSignificant experience providing exemplary levels of customer serviceAwareness of general fire, health & safety and securityProven ability to and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of 3 (1 day concierge, 2 night concierge) to ensure high standards across the developmentOversees all daily operations at the development and is the first point of contact for any incidents or issues related to customers, team members and visitorsMeet and greet the residents and answer enquiries by telephone or from callers to the deskAlways ensure effective security of residents and the building including manning any CCTV and aid the smooth running of facilitiesIssue keys only to correct personnel/residents whilst recording at all times the signing in and out of keysCommunicate with leaseholders and managing agents in an attentive and personable mannerMeeting all requirements of the management contract, lease(s) and service standardsSupport the ongoing asset management routines of the development, aiming to ensure planned maintenance tasks, risk action tasks and mobilisation tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.Undertake required risk assessments, health and safety checks and routine testing requirements ensuring concerns are acted upon and completed within the given timeframePerform weekly fire alarm, lift alarm and other regulatory tests and inspections, and report any issues to the Property Manager as well as log/file records for inspection purposesBe responsible for all deliveries to the main reception desk, receiving and safekeeping of all parcels/registered mail. Correct issuing of all parcels/registered mail with a record which must be signed by residents.
