To provide a web content, e-learning development and project management support service to colleagues across Compliance & Risk. Risk & Compliance Analyst Salary £35,000 - £50,000 dep on exp + benefits (our ref AL1319) The role can be based at any of the office locations: Leicester, Salisbury, Bolton or Wimbledon Hybrid option available 2 days office/3 days home - full or part time available My client is an award-winning Company, and they have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Risk and Compliance Analyst to join their team within the Pensions division. You will proactively support the Director of Group Risk in implementing risk management and compliance strategies, conducting assessments, and promoting a culture of risk awareness and compliance across the organisation. Key Accountabilities: Risk Management: Support the risk control and assessment processes by collecting and organising data, performing risk assessments, root cause analysis, and helping to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities all across the various business units.Maintain and update the risk registerCollaborate with the team to develop strategies and tactics for mitigating identified risks and enhancing the firm's overall risk management framework.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the risk and compliance framework and policies, and recommend improvements as needed. Compliance: Assist in the preparation, review and maintenance of company policies, compliance documentation and manuals, reports, and records.Horizon monitoring - keep abreast of changes in relevant regulations, industry standards and best practices.
