Contract & Compliance Co-ordinatorPermanentBased in London Bridge (hybrid 3 days in the office that will go down to one day per week)Up to £37,000 per annumRef: TA4628 Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Contract & Compliance Co-ordinator to join an expanding business in the London Bridge area on a permanent contract. Your duties will include: Conduct re-costing of current contracts and issue updated agreements to clients in a timely and professional mannerPrepare variation agreements, ensuring they’re signed by authorized representatives and kept on recordAccurately document all contract amendments in the ERP and CRM systemsMaintain organized and up-to-date contract records and related documentationTake ownership of health and safety compliance, working to ensure the company adheres to all relevant regulatory and internal standardsRegularly review and update health and safety protocols to reflect current regulations and company policiesConduct or organise audits, assessments, and reviews related to compliance as neededCoordinate with the Business Service Director to address and resolve any compliance related issues promptlyManage updates to internal systems as part of contract changes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timelinessCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless information flow and integration of contract-related changes within the organizationAssist with the renewal of fleet insurance and co-ordination of MOTs to ensure all vehicles remain roadworthy and compliantManage accident repair claims by liaising with insurers and co-ordinating necessary repairsOversee the installation and maintenance of dashcams and ensure all vehicles are branded according to company standardsSupport tracking and documentation of vehicle maintenance schedules and incident reports Key requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracyExperience in contract administration, compliance, or a related fieldFamiliarity with health and safety standards and compliance requirementsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and internal communicationsProficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with familiarity in ERP/CRM systemsAbility to work independently and remotely, with weekly in-office presence as required If you feel that you would be suitable for this position then please apply with your CV.
